To enable children to grow in their knowledge and understanding of the Bible, encourage and empower parents as they disciple their children's walk with Christ, and provide children with opportunities for Christian fellowship and service in our church and community.

Sunday Mornings

We have an awesome team ready for kids of every age!

Nursery

Who: Infant - 2 Years Old
When: Sundays at 9:30am and 11:00am
Where: Preschool Building
Check-In: In-person or via the Church Center app
Note: Infant and Toddler Nurseries are also offered at most of our church events
The Orchard

Who: 3 & 4 Year Olds
When: Sundays at 9:30am and 11:00am
Where: Preschool Building
Check-In: In-person or via the Church Center app
The Grove

Who: Kindergarten - 5th Grade
When: Sundays at 9:30am and 11:00am
Where: Fellowship Hall
Check-In: In-person or via the Church Center app
Note: For 11:00 attendees, children start in the Sanctuary with their families and are dismissed after worship

Who: Kindergarten & 1st Grade
When: Wednesdays from 6 - 7:30pm
Where: Check-in at the Fellowship Hall
Check-in at the Fellowship Hall for social games at 6:00 and then retreat to individual clubs from 6:30pm - 7:30pm.

Annual Events

First Pres Children’s Ministries hosts many annual special events throughout the year.

Milestone Classes

Special Milestone Classes are taught annually according to age with topics including the Bible, Worship, Communion, Reading Scripture, Prayer, Stewardship, and Social Media.
Vacation Bible School

FPC hosts an annual week-long VBS. Our theme for 2024 is Scuba: Diving into Friendship with God, and will be held from June 10-14, 2024 from 9:00am - 1:00pm.
Registration is open! Click here to register. We have a $25.00 cancellation fee up to May 15th. After May 15th, no refunds.
Summer Music Camp and Conservatory

FPC hosts an annual week-long Summer Music Camp & Conservatory for students beginning in 1st grade. Click here for more information.
Easter Egg-stravaganza

Easter egg hunts, petting zoo, food, and fun for the whole family! This year our Eggs-travaganza will be on Saturday, March 30, 2024 from 10am-12pm.
Christmas Pageant

Presented annually at our Christmas Eve service.

Weekday Preschool

First Pres in NPB offers a 9:00am to noon weekday preschool for ages 2, 3, and 4. Click below to learn more.

Children's Library

Available after Sunday School in the CY Building, Room 104, the Children's Library contains books, magazines, DVDs, and audio and video CDs for children ages infants to 5th grade as well as resources for parents and teachers. Regular Reading Challenges encourage children to come to the library and become involved.
